Arend de Jong and Herman Heller founded bridge2grow in 2015, based in Boston, MA and Bilthoven in The Netherlands. Together, they lead an enthusiastic and motivated team to help you realize your ambitions, both local as well as international.
Arend specializes in strategy development, marketing and business planning. He also works on business processes and has extensive experience in leading organizational change, both here and overseas. Arend leads the Boston bridge2grow office.
Herman is an expert in the area of sales and service strategy and transforming into processes . He has extensive experience with change management, technology as well as methods supporting transformation of processes. Herman built an extensive client portfolio in Europe with Helder Inzicht, which now forms part of bridge2grow.
